Can we better understand a show’s consumer potential even before it’s launched?

Because Demand Rating does not depend on the show having actually aired in a given market, it is ideal for assessing how much Demand, for example, unsold shows have in new markets.

For example, we have ranked the new titles from the 2015-­2016 US TV season in several international markets using Demand Rating, the cross-market comparison metric.

From this kind of rankings table it can be readily observed which shows exhibit the most demand, enabling distributors to assess any geographic regions where content is undersold.
